1. Shipping Locations
• We currently ship within the United States.
• For international orders, please note that additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply.
2. Processing Time
• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Delays: In rare cases, processing may be delayed due to high order volumes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If we anticipate delays, we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after order processing. Rates are calculated based on your shipping location and will be displayed at checkout.
• Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options, such as 2-day shipping, overnight shipping, etc.. Rates and delivery times for expedited shipping will vary and will be calculated at checkout.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. This offer applies only to orders within the United States.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Restrictions
• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping methods; however, expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
• International Shipping: For international orders, please note that customs processing times vary, and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delays and Lost Packages
• Only Dads USA LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@onlydadsusa.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
• If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged items, and a description of the issue.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or refund if necessary.
8. Changes to Shipping Address
• Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at support@onlydadsusa.com .
• Only Dads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
